The legislative branch is led by congress, has two houses, creates laws, can levy taxes, and can print money.

The Judicial branch is led by the supreme court, interprets laws, and declares laws constitutional.

States must respect and honor other states.

There are only two ways the U.S. Constitution can be amended, or changed. One way is for both houses have to propose an amendment.This requires a 2/3 vote in each house. Once this happens, the proposed amendment is submitted to the states for ratification. The legislatures of 3/4 of the states must ratify the amendment. The other way is for the legislatures of the states to apply to Congress for a convention to propose
amendments to the constitution. If 2/3 of the states apply, congress must call the convention. Once such a convention is called, and
amendments are proposed, the amendment must be ratified by the legislatures of 3/4 of the states.

Article VI
The U.S. will pay all of its debts. The Constitution is the supreme law of the country. Senators and Representatives are bound by oath.

After nine states ratified the Constitution, it would be ratified and become the
law of the land.
